Cancellation Charges

Events cancelled 7 or less days before, will be charged at Full Rate

 

Events cancelled 8 - 14 days before will be charged at 50% of the total cost

 

Events cancelled 15 - 21 days before will be charged at 25% of the total cost

 

Events cancelled 22 days and over will not be charged

 

 

 

Any cancellation must be submitted either by e-mail or fax. A verbal cancellation is not confirmation of a cancellation.
